Tow Truck Driver (TTD) play a crucial role in roadside assistance, providing help to stranded vehicles and ensuring on the roads. They are skilled professionals trained to handle a variety of towing situations, from simple breakdowns to more complex recoveries and assisting Law Enforcement. Tow Truck Driver must comply with all State and Federal DOT regulations and laws.

Emergency Roadside Assistance Dispatcher (ERAD) Communicates with customers to assess their needs, dispatches service providers and ensures timely response to emergency. Dispatchers will assist the ERA billing department to ensure accuracy of a TTD or RSA spent on a call when timing is allowed.

Roadside Service Agent (RSA) Provides prompt assistance to motorists experiencing vehicle issues such as flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, or other breakdowns. Delivers excellent customer service while maintaining safety and efficiency in high-stress situations.

Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver (HDTTD) Operates heavy-duty tow trucks to transport large vehicles such as buses, tractor-trailers, and construction equipment. Responds to roadside emergencies, accident scenes, and scheduled tows with a focus on safety, efficiency and provides excellent customer service in challenging situations. assisting Law Enforcement.
